Oh Ellen Page. You were fantastic in Juno. And then you went and put on a pair of skates for Drew Barrymore's Whip It, which despite taking at the boxoffice in its initial weekend bow was so fun, I saw it twice.
And now this. You've found a way to make me love you more.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Oscar nominee is partnering with HBO for Stitch N' Bitch, a comedy that the actress will write with her Whip It colleagues Alia Shawkat and Sean Tillmann (otherwise known as Har Mar Superstar). The trio previously teamed on the viral cover of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'."
Stitch N' Bitch will follow hipster girls who relocate from Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood to - surprise, surprise - Los Angeles' new lesbian Mecca, Silver Lake, as they bid to become artists.
The trio could possibly star in Stitch as well.
Shawkat, meanwhile, recently confirmed that Arrested Development creator Mitchell Hurwitz and co-executive producer James Vallely are working on a screenplay of the widely praised but viewer-challenged TV series.
