The annual POWER UP Premiere Gala is POWER UP's only fundraising event, and it raises money to support all of POWER UP's 2010 educational programs, films and events. This year the event will be held at Social Hollywood on Sunday November 1, 2009. Don't forget to join us live from the event from 6:00pm to 9:00pm PST!
This year's 10 Amazing Gay Women in Show Biz are: Harriet Newman Leve, Sharon Isbin, Kelly McGillis, Rachel Maddow, Patricia Resnick, Carol Leifer, Angela Courtin, Megan Cavanagh, Liz Feldman, and Susan Miller.
The 10 Amazing Men in Show Biz are: Silvio Horta, Lance Bass, Gus Van Sant, Paris Barclay, Graham Kaye, Bob Cohen, Mark V. Olsen, Don Roos, C. Jay Cox, and Will Scheffer.
There will be appearances by some of your favorite celebritites including Kate Burton, Gaby Christian, Michelle Clunie, Eric Dane, Janina Gavankar, Rebecca Gayheart, Michelle Lombardo, Melanie Mayron, Mandy Musgrave, Peter Paige, Killola, Daniela Sea and Terri Seymore.
Tickets are available on the event website, and cost $500 per ticket.
