RE: Help! I need willpower. Posted Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 12:49 AM Well... I don't diet exactly. I personally don't generally agree-although I don't judge people that do it's just my one of own rules towards myself- with dieting unless one is doing it for health purposes or just to make one's self happy not others especially since it's so often the latter of the two. However, I do require will power to be a vegetarian and to eat certain things instead of taking medicine when I'm sick, so I can understand your need for it with a diet. Being a vegetarian, especially when I first started, I had a lot of people offering me meat, knowing what I was trying to do. The obstinate rebel in me used that to continue to not eat meat. Now, it's been almost seven years with only one mess up! Basically, I suggest using anyone and everyone's doubt even your own to motivate yourself. I hope that helped at all!

RE: Help! I need willpower. Posted Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 12:11 AM my mom once said that when dieting, don't tel yourself what you can't have. Don't make a mental list of everything your going to miss while dieting, that will only make you more likely to "fall off the wagon". Think more of what you can eat that sounds good.

RE: Help! I need willpower. Posted Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 10:54 AM this is what i got from diet resolution let say our BMI is the total factor of our height + weight = BMI so let say if your a woman and your body frame is about 135lbs so normally were going to check with our nutritionist or our primary doctor if our calories that were going to take is right with our BMI example) we ate normally 3x a day so, then add: Physical activity for starter...start with You can add 5 days/wk for at least 2-3 hrs BuggleM
